I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are asking for, though when you set up your reordering rules per product and the expected delivery time when you run your MRP/Schedulers you will see how much you shoud order - The Procurements will be generated automatically based on the min max rules. This should give you a good forcast of what you need to order next.
