Editing their own detail by their own login is not possible in odoo 11 community version..

Hi,

This will give the employee the permission to edit his/her record.
UPTD:
1. Activate the Developer Mode
2. Navigate to Settings -> Technical -> Security -> Record Rules
3. Here you have to create a new record rule
4. Then go to Settings -> Technical -> Security -> Access Control List, then search for the object hr.employee
5. Open the record having the Group as Employee, and tick Write Access as True
Now if you log in the Employee Account he will see only their own record and they will have the Edit Access

There is around 7 upvote for that answer that's is why suggested that answer. If it is not working in your case it may be it's an old version.
Anyway the solution for your case it records rules, maybe some adjustment may be need in the answer of above link

Thank you....please give me answer for this ques also... employee can view all the details of all the employees but only his detail should be editable and other employee details can only be viewed

In employee login,he should have the right to edit only his details not other employees details...other employee details should not be editable...only his personal details should be editable..other employees details can only be viewed and not-edited .
