I would like to change name svenska to Svenska in the language selector. How can I do it?

I have Odoo 11 on my local environment. I would like to change name svenska to Svenska  in language selector . How can I do it? Is it possible to change the order of these list items?

You can edit the name of the Language (the part to the right of the / character) like this:

I can't see how to make this change permanent via the Translations framework, so you'd have to use an XML file in a custom module to load in the name change via a *record *tag.
