Hi folks,

I would like to auto-generate a new ticket in V16 EE every time a new repair order is accepted. The responsible employee and the time estimated in the repair order should be considered in the ticket. Beyond that, the ticket should be scheduled in the next possible time slot for that specific employee while taking account int his shifts. Can somebody assist to do this? Is there a documentation available about the variables?

Hello,

You have to write code for ticket generation and select the Execute python code as a Action to do.
