How to sell and purchase tailor made product such as Business card, apparel with custom wordings or wedding invitation cards?

For e.g: Peter order 1000pcs of business card. On the card he wanted to put his name, contact no, company name and street address by using "bizcarddesign001.psd" as template. The issue is when I key-in the details under the Product->Description, the detail will not show up on Purchase Order which we going to print out and fax to the printing company. So the purchasing department don't actually know the details of the order unless they have access to the sales order.

What is the best way to resolve this?
