I have taken db backup in odoo9 and trying to restore in new another db. i am trying to restore db from pgadmin3 then getting below error.
"An error has occurred:
15:24:50: Error: File '' couldn't be removed (error 2: No such file or directory)"
Please let me know how to resolve it

try to restore from terminal.
create new db from terminal and then restore.
=> for the restore .sql file
psql -U <username> -d <dbname> -1 -f <filename>.sql=> for restore .dump file
pg_restore -U <username> -d <dbname> -1 <filename>.dump
