How to Purchase In Kg's and sell in units ?

I've been trying to do it multiple times , but every time i save , it gives me , that there is something wrong ,

You can convert the Unit of Measures directly only under the Same Category.

If you want to convert UoMs of different categories, you need Bill of Materials (BoM), so you have to install the manufacturing module. You may want to read this short tutorial on how to do it (it is for Odoo 8.0, but still works the same for newer versions):
