I want to implement a feature to emulate a partner chat experience. Specifically, I aim to add a button in the partner's form view that, when clicked, opens the chat window showing all the messages from the chatter for that partner.

This window is the same one that can be accessed by clicking on the user's notifications on the top menu.

The goal is to replicate this behavior but trigger it directly through a button in the form view.

Does anyone know how to achieve this? Is there a specific action or configuration we can use, or would it require custom development?
