How to migrate odoo database from odoo14 to odoo15

Hi,
If you are using enterprise version you can migrate database using
https://upgrade.odoo.com/ [1]
You can submit a request with your backup based on the hosting method of your database
Or if you are using community Version,you can migrate it using openupgrade scripts
