We have a solution for the same. We have developed set of custom modules to manage this as 'CatchW8', where you can manage the inventory, sales, purchase, invoicing, manufacturing etc. in dual units of measure. So in your case you can manage in units as well as grams.

I checked the video but I don't know how to set multiple mesures to a product, as I said in my example, a capuchino takes not only certain grams of coffee but also certain milliliters of milk. If I follow the video I can only set certain grams of coffee or certain milliliters of milk.

I found the solution with the Manufacturing application, it is a shame it is not in the free plan with both PoS and Manufacturing applications. If I want to use both the plan needs to upgrade paying at least 80 USD for just ONE user and That's a lot of money for my needs.
