We have a 'Send message' section in chatter, and there is a checkbox below 'To: Followers of ...' that is checked by default. If it is checked, and we send some message, then it will be sent as an email. 

For example, in hr_recruitment module we have some applicant and if we send some message to the chatter of the applicant with this checkbox filled, then the applicant will receive an email. 

I would like to prevent this functionality by making the checkbox unchecked by default. Is there any way to make this checkbox not filled by default?
