I am new to ODOO and trying to setup my POS using v8. I purchased a first module (app) from apps.odoo.com. It is POS Manual Weight. After purchasing and installing, I realize that module is not working. Does anyone on the forum know how to get support from either odoo or respective developer in such case? I could not find any links on my account page or even other pages. But, I might have missed one. Any help appreciated.

In the Odoo App store you can find the name of the developer.


If you then ask our friend Google, you'll find the website of the developer:

http://www.drcsystems.com/technologies/odoo-development-consulting-company/

Go to the app store and open the module you bought. 
On the right side there is a button with
"You purchased this module and have a problem? Click here".

You click on the button and describe the issue - developer will be notified that someone logged an issue and will contact you back.

If you purchase an app built by Emipro, you can visit the Odoo Apps Support page to get the support.
