Hello everyone,

I'm now struggling to find a solution to the problem of garbled characters on receipts.

I was trying to connect a receipt printer by using the Virtual IoT Box and issue receipts from the POS app.

The receipts are being issued, but the characters are garbled. So, I was thinking that the issue was character mode. So, I chaged the character mode to UTF-8, but still garbled text is happening. In this situsation, I'm struggling to find a solution.

If anyone knows of a solution, I would greatly appreciate your help.
