How to email a purchase order to a supplier

Hello .
How do you send a purchase order to a supplier by email from odoo 9 The supplier is defined in Odoo Contacts as a company/supplier with a valid email address.
I have already configured my outgoing mail.  Am using yahoo so I configure it as followis
server = smtp.mail.yahoo.com port = 465  Connection security = SSL/TLS
the supplier can received an email only if he is configured as an odoo user.  But If  the supplier is just defined as a company in contacts the supplier cannot receive the

You can simply click on "*Send PO by Email*" Button. Ensure that your email servers are set correctly.
