Hello oussama,
I think you are using older version of wkhtmltopdf.
It should be 0.12 or higher, you can download from http://www.wkhtmltopdf.org/downloads.html

What exactly are you asking? The default header and footer are automaticly included in a sale quotation. Provide some more details please.
I want to add the footer and the header in my report pdf ,so when i edit the type of report in html the footer and the header is displayed but in pdf report is hidden. Thanks
