How to display quantity and price product in order rapport when articles lines are fix ?

I'll try my best to explain my problem.

My order report looks like this :

Article	Quantity	Price
Main services
Development (hours)
Training (hours)
Optional services
Technical remote

I want to let these lines fixed. How can I display the qty of the article development for example, thanks to my line.order, something like <td t-if="development == true (in the line.order)"><span the quantity/></td> ?
