How to remove "Log a note" from my custom module? I wan't only to too "Send a message" button.

You have to override the standard widget/template and remove it.. Refer template "mail.compose_message"..
Tips: Use Ctrl + H to perform search operation in entire odoo module, if you are using EDI tool such as eclipse, aptana studio etc....
