Im working with a database installed by default, these database having a lot of informations... i need on new and clean database to start a new implementation.

Just use the database manager to create new database. You will find the database manager on the Login screen below the username/password fields.

go to http://localhost:8069/web/database/manager or http://yourwebsiteurl.com:8069/web/database/manager. You can create a new database from there! Check the demo option if you want demo data in your db, otherwise leave it empty.
