Hi,
I want to connect my printer to odoo14,
when i put the IP in POS ,
and tested below error is giving,
"Please check if the printer is still connected, if the configured IP address is correct and if your printer supports the ePOS protocol."

You need to go to https://ip-printer
And accept the self-signed certificate

I can't manage to access your link. ext is missing.
Also, unlike the tooltip is saying in the point of sale setting, we need to provide an external IP for the printer in the network in case we run an online database. Right?
You need access the web page of the printer in the network.
https://(adresse ip de la printer)
And accept the self signed certificat.
You need to be in the same network and use the browser of the POS.
