I'm trying to set up an online event using Odoo's event app, and I want to automatically send a Google Meet link to all participants. Does anyone know how to configure this?

Hi Annika, did you find a solution? Also trying to find a way to do online events that include the link to join (Google Meet or anything else.). Hope you have a it working for you.
Yes, we found a solution! We made a new field with studio in the model event.event and then we used a dynamic placeholder to include the link in the emails templates.
One possible way is to define a email template and configure the trigger in the communications tab of the event.
Thanks for your answer Jaideep. We are looking for a dynamic solution, so we do not have to change the link in the template from event to event OR make a new template for each event.
