I want to add a job / assignment to another job for my staff who are an official employee of the company. EX: I have a Soft wear engineer and I want him to be both a software engineer and a tester, How do I do this on odoo?

Hi,
Each employee can have only one "job position", so either you create the Software Engineer/Tester position or you can solve it by creating "Tags" or customizing odoo adding/modifying a/the Field . (In some countries you can have legal problems giving more than one job position to a employee).
