I want to be able to filter Contacts and then schedule Calls for them all without doing it one Contact at a time.

Create a Server Action:

Once you click CREATE CONTEXTUAL ACTION you will see it in the ACTION menu on the Contacts List:


Note:  If you have the VOIP App installed, you already have "ADD TO CALL QUEUE" which is an Action that you can call both the Marketing Campaign App and the list of Contacts (filtered and/or selected):
