I am using Odoo11 and I want to create a leaves request that for all employees by one time, not one by one, ( 100 + employees in my company ). So the question is, Can odoo do that? Or we have to modify something in hr.holiday module? Any ideas is always helpful for me, thanks in advance

You can do so by setting a "Global Leave" in the "Working Hour" assigned to the employees
I work with Enterprise edition, but guess it is the same by default: A record rule blocks any user to create global leaves.
You can modify record rules. But be aware that they will be ovewritten when you upgrade to new version.
You find the record rules in the model resource.calender.leaves.
I added a new line there to give all permission to the group "Administration Access right", to solve it.
