Hello Team

I am using Odoo 13 community edition. And i would like to know how i can give access of Pipeline stages to users at respective times so they can update the pipeline stages with data.

For example, a sales person will create an opportunity and will enter all requirements. As the time comes for ordering materials, i want the the access to be given to only Finance team so they can update the pipeline with invoice #, purchase order #, ETA. And the when Finance team have updated their work, then Sales person can see in the pipeline and update customer on the ETA for ordered parts.

Please assist on this.
