Do you pay license fees on inactive users in the system?

Hi Jason,
If a user is archived (deactivated) it does not count towards the amount of users where you pay for.
This means that if you have an employee leaving for example that you can just archive the user and you'll have one user available on your license again. Odoo does not look at archived users.
