Employee Access to "My Profile"

Question

After an employee logs in, there is a "My Profile" link from the top right corner when he clicks his account. He he opens "My Profile" and go to "Work Information", he can actually change his department. Is there any way to make "Work Information" read-only to the employees? Thank you!

In settings > Employees if you can turn off 'Employee Editing' checkbox they wouldn't be able to make edits from my profile page.
However, users having access to 'employee' app can still modify their data as they can from employee app
