What are the steps to reproduce your issue?
Employee create a time off request for leave purpose.

What is the current behavior that you observe?
Employee's manager(Time Off responsible) is not receiving email alerts of leave/time off request details.
Other actions like Allocation, Time Off accept, Time Off refusal sending emails to Time Off managers/responsible people.

What would be your expected behavior in this case?
TIme off responsible managers should get email alert when an employee create a time off request for leave purpose.

Time off mangers used to get all types of email alerts earlier.
But now only allocation, refusal and approval email alerts are working as expected. That means Time Off managers are getting emails in these cases.
Current issue is Time Off managers are not receiving emails when an employee (reportee) raises a time off request.
Please look into this issue and do the needful.
