Just wondering whether there is a shopping cart with full integration or a comprehensive connector to OpenERP that will allow customers to login and purchase product with either a base price list or a user-specific price list matched. It would also require full transfer/integration of products - including descriptions, pricing, etc.

AFAIK the most comprehensive solution for this is the Magento ERP Connector maintained by Akretion and Camptocamp:

Consists of a module to use in your Magento instance and the modules to install in OpenERP. Allows syncing products and orders (among other things) between OpenERP and Magento. That would be a good starting point to look into.
Akretion has also been working on integration with Prestashop, Ebay, and Amazon as well.
