Does openerp one2many field in form view have feature, where I can directly import csv file.
OpenERP Form view -> one2many field -> import csv feature.
Does this things exists ?

Install base_import module and see the features, leads-->import option will come. Here Import the all datas, if you import one2many match id and then import the data.
I want import feature with one2many field, in form view.

Both are same concept if you put list view they are go in the form view.
Its same concept but user experience change.
