Exit settlement (Full and Final Settlement) - For e.g Our notice period is 90 days. From the date of notice,

  • Payroll should not be allowed to process by HR
  • Deductions like Loan, Short service period, others etc.. should be calculated
  • LTA  & Gratuity settlement as per their Grade/designation
  • Final Settlement amount through cheque

How to setup this process through our system.

Hi,

You have to use some third-party module or some custom codes for the use case. The deduction can be done using the salary structure of the employee.
