I am using the email Odoo Enterprise Sh server.
On my data base, where and how can I find my email DKIM key to create the right DNS changes in my domain provider??. Do I have to generate it?? or ¿its Odoo who provide it?.
How can I manage this topic ??

This video will give you the best aproach to emal configuration. BUT. I have do it everything and still getting problem with gmail rejecting emails for my costumers. Only gmail. So the thing is this. Analyze the youtube video. do it what it says, and then, submit a ticket to ask how it have to be configured betwen your email server and odoo sh. My problem persist and have scaled to the other level. Still waiting for the real solution. Im still cant use my own emailserver because of gmail. best regards.

In Odoo, the DKIM key for your email server can typically be found in the configuration settings for your email server. I would also like to know the answer to this question. I have added a CNAME record as described in the docs but when I check it at dkimcore.org it tells me:
DNS query failed for 'odoo._domainkey.apzzco.uk':NXDOMAIN
A public-key (p=) is required
That is kind of what I would expect because I haven't created a text record for the DKIM public key. How is it supposed to be done? Is there a way to generate the public key in Odoo? Or should I generate a pair of keys and tell Odoo what the private key is? If so, how? It's not clear.
