Hello all,
I am running odoo 16 custom, using the accounting module. In the General Ledger it is possible to export all or a selection of transactions to DATEV. There are two buttons: "DATEV (ZIP)" and "DATEV + ATCH (ZIP)".

In my tests, DATEV + ATCH (ZIP) was generating a ZIP that contained both the CSVs and all digitized documents.

Soon after we went live, this stopped working.  "DATEV + ATCH (ZIP)" now just generates a ZIP containing CSVs, but does not include any digitized document. 


Is this a known issue? Some limits? If I would hit a ressource limit, I would expect an error or something, but the export just goes through and produces a small ZIP.

Any help, insight or suggestion is apprechiated. Per default, DATEV-Export seems to be the only way to collect digitized documents for transfer to external accounting.

You have to set the country in the company information

To do it: Settings → Companies → Update info -> in the field Address select the country (Germany)

Thank you for this hint. Country was set - I unsetted and set it again - now it works.
Don't ask me why, but your hint was the right trigger.
