at first place, i downloaded the odoo 17 community, but then i found out that my file was not compatible with the odoo 17, so then i uninstalled the odoo 17 and download the odoo 16 comunity and asked me to create a database again, so i filled in the blank coloumn then after that i press the create button it says Database Creation Erro: Access Denied. btw i'm using windows platform.
