What exactly do you mean with "signature of Odoo standard plan"?
In general there's three types of managing/hosting Odoo and they all have other options:

- Odoo.com (standard): no possibility to add custom development and apps, so if you have this you're stuck and should migrate out. You could look into taking the option so you can use Odoo Studio (and can do smaller changes, but not deploy OCA apps).

- odoo.sh (custom): you can add apps and submodules to your Github repository which then in return can be installed on your database

- on premise hosting (custom): same here. you can add apps and submodules to your Github repository which then in return can be installed on your database
