I'd like to create a new custom field that populates based on a calculation.
On my Time Sheets list view, I want a new field labeled 'Total Cost'
That field will result from the total hours billed on the line multiplied by the hourly cost of the attached employee record.
I'd also then like to see field totaled in group headers.

You have to write to logic for your computed field to calculate the desired values from the other records.

Hello i guess with odoo enterprise you can achive that using Odoo Studio, if not u will have use python code
