Hi, How can I create a note for my colleague? for example when my colleague have a call answered by me because he wasn't at the desk, I should inform he to call back the caller so can I use notes and make a note to him for reminding about the call? thanks.

Use the chatter menu under every record. Add the other person as a follower and just write a message which you save.
thanks, sorry but how can I inform my colleague on high priority call or work? when I add him to follower list, he don't see any indicator on his odoo even a nuber indicator in front of notes menu that indicates he have a new note or message.
is there any way?
