Is there any available app to produce a Cash Flow statement in Odoo V8 or V7.0?

There is no out of the box cash flow report in Odoo 8 or earlier but you can add a custom report yourself and print it in PDF. This is a bit advanced configuration.
However there are some interesting community modules which seem to close the GAP here: https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/browse?series=8.0&search=cash+flow
