Hi Guys!

Does anyone successfully tried to print order to receipt printer using Odoo Online?

I already tried the following;

1. Followed the steps on how to handle kitchen and bar order printing https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/point_of_sale/restaurant/print.html

2. Installed epson ub-u03ii driver in my laptop where I am accessing my database/odoo site

3. Installed epson ub-u03ii driver in desktop pc (even laptop) where the usb cable of the printer is plugged in

4. Whenever I tried to click on ORDER option, nothing happens

5. I also tried to directly connect the epson ub-u03ii printer in my laptop but still no luck

Anyone already encountered the same issue? or any recommendations?
