Hi. I have already set up network printer Nippon Printer NP-808UE via ethernet network connection and also done setup in Preparation Printers in POS configuration and selected that configured printer with IP address. But at POS, when I try click "Order", below error "Failed in printing the changes in the order" occurred. Does only Epson printer support for kitchen order printer or is there any other issue? Could you please help me how to solve it? Thanks a lot.

I have similar issue/problem in Odoo 17 CE, try to open and look at browser console when error appears, I got CORS error/blocked. It solved temporary by run Chrome browser without CORS, for better solution you could install chrome extension that allow CORS: Access-Control-Allow-Origin

Hi,

have you ever solved your problem?

I have similar issues with Odoo online, except of the difference that: nothing is printed and no no error message displayed.
