Odoo 13

Currently a document which is uploaded in the sign app defaults to associate the document of the person who uploaded and set it up. When the document is used/sent the email displayed as "sent from" is that of the author. I would like to change this to a generic email. How can this be accomplished?

Hi Julie,

In this case, you need customisation to remove "send from" from the template or view in which this prepared.

If you are technical then you just review that view or template and just remove that word
