I want to use openerp my shop which is consist of 2 million products, Can openerp hanld 2 milion products?

Openerp and postgresql(Database ) support more than 2 millions of product

I would say the main issue you would encounter would be when importing your data. Complex products, and BOM's would likely end in a timeout...
A part from that, OpenERP could technically support 2 million products.
