Hello,

If the Consumed in Operation field is set for a component in a BoM, then when I try to produce it in manufacturing with the  button, I get this warning message and a table with the components:

You consumed a different quantity than expected for the following products. Please review your component consumption or ask a manager to validate this manufacturing order.

After this I have two options as admin:

 - this will produce the end product, but it won't consume any components

 - this will also produce the end product AND it will also consume the components

The problem is that the above message seems to be invalid as the table it show has the same amount of components as it's in the BoM.

On the other hand I don't understand the realtionship between this warning message and the Consumed in Operation field set. If this field is left empty, I don't get the warning.

Am I doing something wrong? What's the explanation?

I got the same issue, and submitted a ticket for it, it was weird that i couldn't recreate the issue again in another simulation,

thank TS for mentioning that Confirm and Set Quantities & Validate produce different results. I did the set and Check all the inventory movement, Overview and valuation and everything seems OK.

I'm waiting for Ticket respon to this issue
