I am trying to create an automated action, when I craete an activity I want to send an email a month before the deadline, now I am testing it and put 1 day only and it didn't work
I have the standard plan not the custom

Check that the Scheduled Action Base Action Rule: check and execute is active :
If it's not, move the toggle switch to ON and set the next execution date (and you can change the interval)
