Is it possible to create extra backfush on production orders ?

I know there is a sales coef. in the product module witch would be 0.5% in my case

but we have also a fix amount of lost products on startup of the production witch is normally 20 pieces

example : BOM = 100 parts

production = 50 units

gives 100 x 50 = 5000 parts

backflush must be : 5000 + 0.5% = 5025 + (fix lost=20) gives total of 5045 parts

is this possible ?
