Assigning multiple projects to a task

Question

I have created a number of private project tasks in 'my tasks' within the project directory of our system. I'm looking to share these into a public departmental project folder, is this possible?

I am also wondering about something similar to this: is it possible to have one task assigned to multiple projects?
For example: employee 1 does biodiversity research for project A and project B. When keeping track of hours and when this research overlaps, can employee 1 simply keep track of hours on one task in project A and this is automatically allocated also to project B?
