How to remove "Search and More" and "Create and Edit" on a drop down list to other users?

Hi Kasai,
You have to set access right for that object for the desired group.
If you want to remove create and edit you can have to remove create access of that object.
You can edit Access Rights from:-
Setting==>Groups
Settings==> Technical==> Security ==> Access Controls List
