I'have 20 shops and lots of my salesperson are in different shop. I'm thinking to configure every shop like a "sales team" but in this way I'll have same salesperson in different sales team.
Is it correct or is there a suggestion for me?

What I could not understand here is why there is such a need where your sales persons keeps on changing their location / teams ? I would rather suggest to have a complete list of Sales Persons with their location / team of working. Accordingly we can assign them with proper teams.
