Pipelines Visible on CRM App's Main Screen.

Question

Hi all,
When I set up Sales Teams, I can choose the pipeline option to have one for the team, I can also add members.
On the main CRM screen, the filter "My pipelines" is preselected.
How come I only see one pipeline there ? What defines which pipeline I see there ?
I added myself to both teams, and therefore, I assumed, to their pipeline, but on the main CRM screen I only see one of them.
Can someone take a minute to explain this to me ?

The filter "My pipeline" includes opportunities from both (or All) the sales teams where you are assigned to the lead.
You can distinguish the 'sales team' field or stages if they are different for teams
