I am doing an applied study to ODOO 13 Online in coordination with the Video Learning Tutorial as that is the learning style most suited with me, although i have come across an inconsistency probably due to the versioning difference. Therefore advise the following:

The Accounting Feature under Customer Payments -> Followup Levels as per video & quiz

is inconsistent with the current version and settings under the ODOO 13 platform, therein creating an inconsistency within the knowledge base.
