Taverna is one of Alexandria's premier leisure and hospitality destinations, offering a unique experience overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The destination includes Taverna Café & Restaurant, Aqua City Water Park, Magic Town, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and day-use chalets, providing visitors with a complete family entertainment and vacation experience.

Plementus partnered with Taverna to implement a fully integrated Odoo Enterprise ERP solution tailored to the hospitality and entertainment industry. Leveraging our specialized Hospitality & Retail vertical solution, we digitized the complete customer journey—from ticket sales at entry gates to POS operations, inventory management, restaurant operations, and financial management. The solution also included our Egyptian E-Receipt integration, along with several custom developments to support customizable ticket packages, meal-inclusive tickets, games and attraction management, and park activities. By implementing our Agile methodology, Plementus enabled Taverna to centralize operations, improve revenue tracking, optimize inventory control, and deliver a seamless experience for both management and visitors.
